You know the feeling. A part passes inspection, goes to assembly \u2013 and that’s where you find something’s wrong. A missing hole. Wrong dimension. Component in the wrong place.<\/p>\n

Quality control worked the same way for years. The inspector received a paper checklist and a 2D drawing. They went through the part point by point. Compared, checked off, documented.<\/p>\n

When we started working with the BEDNAR FMT team, we knew there was a better way. Digital quality control based on 3D models \u2013 directly on a tablet on the shop floor.<\/p>\n
